Join us to celebrate the creativity of our local artists
Hull’s annual Open Exhibition returns to Ferens Art Gallery this summer, with works by hundreds of local artists – from new and emerging talent to established pros.
Started in 1967, the Open Exhibition is an exciting opportunity for artists to display and sell their artwork. Expect to see a fascinating array of artworks from paintings and photography, to sculpture and ceramics, to video and performance.
Many of the works will be for sale – giving you an opportunity to own a unique piece of art for your home, created right here in Hull.
Every year, artworks are selected by a panel of artists and experts from our local community. This year’s selections were made by Nahem Shoa, Divya Sharma and Scott Langthorp. You can find out more about our selectors here.
