The Ferens Art Gallery is delighted to announce the first of new series of art and craft workshops for adults. They will take place in the relaxed and welcoming setting of create gallery, a new dedicated workshop studio space situated in the heart of the Ferens. Our Summer programme offers an exciting range of workshops led by some of the finest artists working regionally and nationally.
This first season includes printmaking, creative embroidery and bookbinding. Whether you’re keen to explore new creative skills or revisit something you have enjoyed before with expert guidance, these new workshops offer a unique and enriching day out to remember in one of the city’s most beautiful buildings.
Sessions run from 10.00am – 3.45pm with a 45 minute break for lunch. (on-site Café available).
