Professional paper artist and illustrator Alex Bennett brings the magic of Moominvalley to the Ferens Art Gallery in this creative, hands on workshop. Young makers will explore the enchanting world of Tove Jansson’s iconic stories while crafting their very own layered paper shadow box.
Alex will guide participants step by step as they cut and assemble intricate paper designs, building a beautiful artwork to take home and treasure. The workshop runs alongside our summer exhibition “The Wonders of Moominvalley,” celebrating the beloved Moomins throughout the season.
